ICMR Funded Project
ICMR-National Institute of Child Health Research (ICMR-NICHR) is inviting applications for a Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) position in a cutting-edge Molecular Cancer Biology research environment under the leadership of Dr. Aroonima Misra (Scientist ‘E’).
🧠 The Role
Drive impactful research in hematological malignancies, contributing to advanced translational studies focused on disease mechanisms, prognosis, and therapeutic resistance.
🔬 What You’ll Do
Lead and execute molecular and cellular research workflows
Work with advanced techniques including NGS/Nanopore sequencing
Perform cell culture and flow cytometry-based experiments
Contribute to liquid biopsy and translational cancer research
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary scientific team
🎯 What We’re Looking For
PhD in Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Life Sciences or related field
Strong expertise in cell culture, molecular biology, sequencing & flow cytometry
Experience in cancer biology / hematological malignancies preferred.
