Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Bedford, MA (Onsite – 5 days a week)

About the Role

We are partnering with an innovative medical device company that is looking for a Quality Technician to support manufacturing and quality processes. This role is hands-on, close to production, and ideal for someone who enjoys contributing directly to product quality in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections
• Document nonconformances and support root cause investigations
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA QSR requirements
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Support audits and regulatory inspections

Qualifications

• Experience in quality within medical devices, biotech, or regulated manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, or FDA QSR
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Enjoys working in a smaller, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
