Chief of Staff

Pacagen (pacagen.com) is disrupting the pet and allergy industries through biotechnology-backed products. Our first products neutralize pet (cat and dog) and dust allergens in the air and on surfaces and we have incredible initial traction. We are actively developing new products and incubating brands based on new biotechnology innovations.

Pacagen is a venture-funded startup and founded by experienced and successful entrepreneurs who have built and sold nine-figure businesses before. We are backed by some of the best venture firms in the world (Maveron, Khosla Ventures). We are seeking a digitally-savvy, proactive, and highly motivated individual to join our team and assist with digital marketing efforts.

You’ll work directly with our co-founders (primarily our CEO and head of product) to start important initiatives. The best candidate will have a proven track record for clear communication and proactive problem-solving with a bias towards actions and hands-on work. You will be actively mentored by our co-founders who built one of the fastest-growing science-backed beauty brands ever. This role is for someone who actively enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while taking on larger responsibilities within a rapidly growing organization.

This is a high growth role that we hope will turn into a leadership position in the near future.

Responsibilities:

● Lead product design, production, branding and translation into marketing.

● Run important marketing channels for Pacagen and future incubated brands such as Meta, TikTok, etc.

● Lead individual product supply chain and vendor communication efforts.

● Coordinate with our 3PL (3^rd party logistics) companies for fulfilment.

● Start and run new initiatives such as retail expansion, product lines, etc.

● Adapt and learn new skillsets to make the brand succeed.

Requirements:

● BS or BA in any field, but a proven track-record of high performance (STEM is a plus).

● 1-3 years of work experience in a competitive environment (IB, PE, consulting, top-tier PhD programs).

● Track record of high-quality work.

● Loves working in a fast-paced environment.

● Clear communication skills.

● Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

● Doesn’t take good enough for an answer.

● Constantly trying to improve themselves.
