*Role Description*
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Assistant at Drepto Biodevices Pvt. Ltd., located in Mumbai. The Research Assistant will support ongoing R&D activities related to the development of transdermal smart patches and biomedical devices. Responsibilities include preparing and executing experiments, assisting in formulation development, maintaining laboratory records, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves working closely with scientists and engineers in a collaborative environment to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
PhD. , Master’s degree (M.Sc. / M.Tech) in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields
Strong foundation in drug delivery systems, formulations, or biomedical research
Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques (e.g., HPLC , cell culture, molecular biology, analytical techniques, or material characterization) is preferred
Good understanding of experimental design, data analysis, and scientific documentation
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Prior research/project/internship experience in drug delivery or biomedical instrumentation will be an advantage
