Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cosmetic Scientist/Formulation Expert, based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for developing new cosmetic formulations, conducting stability and efficacy testing, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional tasks include drafting technical documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cosmetic Chemistry and Formulation Development
• Proficiency in Conducting Stability and Efficacy Testing
• Knowledge of Ingredient Sourcing and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Technical Documentation and Research Skills
• Ability to Work Collaboratively with Cross-Functional Teams
• Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Sciences or related field
• Experience within the beauty or personal care industry is a must
