We’re Hiring: Senior Manager, Quality Control Technical Resources

📍 Location: Amgen India, Hyderabad

This is more than a leadership role. It’s an opportunity to build and lead our new QC Technical Resources team — supporting Amgen’s global QC network, driving innovation, and setting up processes that will serve patients worldwide.

🚀 What You’ll Do
– Lead and mentor a team responsible for centralized document management across the global QC network.
– Build new business processes, tools, and structures to bring visibility and efficiency to QC operations.
– Partner across multiple time zones to support Amgen sites globally.
Champion LEAN principles and operational excellence to reduce costs and improve productivity.
– Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For
– Master’s degree with 13–16 years of experience in pharma/biotech Quality Control.
– At least 5 years of leadership/managerial experience.
– Strong background in cGMP labs, technical writing, and regulated environments.
– A track record of building high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and solving complex problems.
