We are recruiting Postdoctoral fellows. The Sahu Lab is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to investigate mammary gland biology using ES cell-derived mammary organoid models. The project focuses on stem cell differentiation, lineage specification, and tissue morphogenesis using advanced 3D culture systems.

We are also employing CRISPR-based functional genomics to systematically classify genetic variants implicated in breast cancer risk. The candidate will use high-throughput screening, genome editing, and integrative genomics to dissect variant function and regulatory mechanisms.

Required: PhD, MD/PhD. Preference given to applicants with prior experience in any of the following: cancer biology; stem cell biology; broad experience in cell, molecular, microscopy, organoid generation. Computational experience not required.
