We are hiring an experienced scientist in oligonucleotide and peptide synthesis.

Rus Biopharm is expanding its work in advanced modalities including oligonucleotides, peptides, and conjugates. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our R&D team in Dubna, Moscow Region.

Position: Senior / Principal Scientist – Oligonucleotide and Peptide Chemistry

Qualification: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or related field
Experience: 10 to 15 years in:
Solid-phase synthesis of oligonucleotides and peptides
Conjugation chemistry (GalNAc, PEG, lipid, or other linkers)
Process optimization and scale-up in GMP or pilot environment
Purification
We are seeking a scientist who enjoys solving complex molecular challenges and contributing to the development of next-generation RNA and peptide therapeutics.
