We’re Hiring | Senior Bioinformatician | CORE Diagnostics

CORE Diagnostics is expanding its cutting-edge genomics and molecular diagnostics capabilities and is looking for a Senior Bioinformatician to join our team of experts.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing bioinformatics pipelines and analytical workflows that support our NGS-based diagnostic assays and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize NGS data analysis pipelines for variant calling, annotation, and interpretation.
Ensure high-quality data processing, QC, and reporting aligned with clinical standards.
Collaborate closely with molecular biologists, clinical geneticists, and data scientists to deliver accurate and timely results.
Evaluate new tools, databases, and methods to enhance analysis performance and accuracy.
Provide bioinformatics support for research and development projects.
Requirements:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in NGS data analysis (DNA, RNA, or exome).
Understanding of human genetics and variant interpretation will be an added advantage.
