We are hiring for R&D Department at Biological E. Limited , Shamirpet Plant.

Position : Sr.Executive/ Assistant Manager

Education: M.Sc with 5-6 years of industrial experience

Key Responsibilities:
✓ The candidate must be an experienced molecular biologist with exposure to mRNA and cell and gene therapy workflows.
✓ Perform basic molecular biology and proteomic techniques including Agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, PCR, Reverse transcriptase PCR, Real Time PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, gel electrophoresis, DNA/RNA purification, gene assembly, protein/ DNA/ RNA quantification and cloning.
✓ Plasmid scale up at maxi and mega scale, IVT reaction set up, denaturing gels preparation, mRNA quantification and small scale mRNA purification.
✓ Maintenance of mammalian cell lines, perform transfections, protein expression in mammalian cells, lysis and protein expression analysis.
✓ Nucleic Acid extraction from bacteria, virus, blood, animal tissues, cell lines and FFPE/ frozen tissues.
✓ Primer designing, Cloning, Conserved sequence study, SNP primer design for Genotyping assays and Allelic discrimination with skills of handling qPCR and digital PCR.
✓ Preparation, storage and maintenance of microbial and recombinant stock cultures.
✓ Ability to follow good laboratory practices and efficient record keeping.
✓ Should be well-versed with GraphPad Prism and Ms-Excel.
✓ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
