KIIT TBI invites applications from Odisha-based professionals to join the Jal Sanchay & Krishi
Suraksha initiative—an integrated rural development project focusing on water conservation,
sustainable agriculture, livelihoods, and rural enterprise development.

• Project Manager
• Agricultural Expert
• Livelihood Expert
• Enterprise Development cum Marketing Expert
• Key Focus Areas
• Watershed-based water conservation interventions
• Climate-resilient and water-efficient agriculture
• Farm and non-farm livelihood promotion
• SHG/FPO-based enterprise development, value addition & market linkages
• Convergence with Panchayati Raj Institutions and line departments
• Desired Profile
• Masters in Agriculture / Rural Management / Development Studies / Management
  / Marketing / Social Sciences
• 3–8+ years of experience in rural development, CSR, or field-based projects
• Strong community engagement and stakeholder coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Odia language and local contexts preferred
• Candidates from Ganjam and adjoining districts will be given preference

  Compensation
