Hiring Alert! 🚀 Principal Scientist – Rapid Diagnostics (Bangalore)

Tanu Lifesciences Pvt Ltd, is hiring a Principal Scientist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in LFA, LAMP, Urine Dipstick, PCR/RT-PCR, and rapid diagnostic kit development.

About the Role:
Lead the design, optimization, and validation of cutting-edge rapid tests—including Lateral Flow Assays (LFA), dipsticks, and LAMP-based molecular assays. Support PCR/RT-PCR workflows, test licensing & CDSCO submissions, ISO 13485 compliance, and GMP standards. Drive technology transfer from lab to market in our fast-paced startup environment.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
1. Expertise in LFA,urine dipstick, LAMP, PCR/RT-PCR development, nanoparticle conjugation, assay optimization, and validation.
2. Quick learner with strong mindset.
3. Proficiency in CDSCO test licensing, ISO 13485, and GMP regulations.
4. Excellent technical documentation and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:
Master’s in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field + 2-3 years relevant experience. (Please note: We’re seeking minimum 2-3 years experienced candidates, freshers are not encouraged at this time)
