Job Description
The Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology in the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences (RFHS) and
Max Rady College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba invites applications for a full-time tenure track
position at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing on January 1, 2027, or on a date mutually
agreed upon. The department is seeking an individual with evidence of strong research capabilities in
cardiovascular diseases and who is capable of training graduate, undergraduate and medical students as
well as postdoctoral and clinical fellows through teaching and mentorship. The successful applicant will
demonstrate excellent teaching skills and will be amenable to working within a team. Salary will be
commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the University of Manitoba
Faculty Association collective agreement.
