Role Summary

Production supervisor and QMS reviewer

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Production Plan, personnel scheduling, raw material planning with senior members of production. Procurement of the raw materials from the Stores through the Material Requisition Slip.
2. Responsible for Visual inspection and swab sampling activities
3. Performing necessary calibration/verification and recording of documents as per approved procedures Maintaining equipment surface area in cleaned condition.
4. Online updation of logbooks / status board and other record with respect to area / equipment /accessories.
5. Performing production activities as per standard operating procedures.
6. Coordination with QA for line clearance during product change over
7. Co-Ordination with other department related to production activities.
8. Authorized for imparting training in QMS documents to own departmental employees and other department employees.
9. Review and submission of executed documents like BMR, ECC, checklist, logbooks, annexures etc., to QA.
10. Responsible for performing the audit trail review

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Sc
Required Experience: 10 – 15 years
