Hiring: R&D Executive – IVF Media Formulation
We are looking for passionate PhD freshers (0–2 years experience) to join our R&D team in the field of IVF media formulation.

🔍 Role Overview:
Drive the research, development, and optimization of IVF, embryo culture, and cryopreservation media to support successful fertilization and embryo development.

🧪 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize IVF media formulations (fertilization, culture, vitrification & thawing)
• Conduct in-vitro testing for embryo development and survival
• Work on pH, osmolarity, and biochemical optimization
• Evaluate media stability, sterility, and compatibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, QC, Regulatory)
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and reports

🎓 Qualification:
PhD in Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Reproductive Biology / Embryology or related field
