We Are Hiring – Research Associate (Nanomedicine & Drug Delivery)

Location: Pune, India

We are looking for a motivated, research-oriented candidate to join our team at the Pune manufacturing plant, working on advanced nanomedicine and drug-delivery technologies for biomedical applications. The position involves working on lipid nanoparticles, nanoformulations, hydrogel-based delivery systems, and translational nanotherapeutics aimed at clinical and commercial development.

Qualification
M.Tech / M.Sc / Ph.D
Nanotechnology
Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering
Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Sciences
Materials Science
Chemical Engineering or related fields

Required Experience
Experience in nanoparticle synthesis and characterisation
Hands-on experience with techniques such as:
DLS, Zeta potential
UV–Vis spectroscopy
Drug loading & release studies
Liposomes/lipid nanoparticles / polymeric nanoparticles
Experience in hydrogel / Lipid/ Lipid-polymer/ lipid-lipid or topical formulation development is desirable
Basic knowledge of cell culture or biological assays is a plus
Experience in research documentation and report writing
Prior experience in drug delivery or nanomedicine research will be preferred

Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with a strong background can apply)
1-2 years of experience preferred
