Aragen Biologics is seeking talented professionals with expertise in the Biologics domain to join our Analytical Development team in Bengaluru

Role Summary:
Analytical development activities focused on LC, mass and CE based techniques for biologics and complex molecules in a CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) setting. This role involves method development, Method Qualification Method Transfer, Method validation, and troubleshooting to support formulation development, characterization, and regulatory submissions.
Method Development, Qualification, Transfer & Validation:
Candidate should have strong development experience on Chromatography techniques like; Pro-A LC, SE-HPLC, IEX, HILIC (N-glycan), HIC, RP-LC, LC-MS is an added advantage.
Should have good understanding and handing experience on electrophoresis techniques like CE-SDS NR, CE-SDS R, cIEF and CZE by using PA800 Plus, Maurice equipment’s.
Experience on handing of CAD detector will add advantage.
Prior experience on Method Qualification, Method Transfer, Method validation, and troubleshooting of the analytical methods.
