Job Description

This 10-day-long intensive workshop is to train students in the standard and latest algorithms/standards/methods in genomics. The target audience is new PhD students and industry professionals. Motivated Master’s students could also apply.

Date of Workshop – 18-27 July 2026 (Offline)

Applicants to the workshop should be familiar with Linux operating systems. 

We have an exciting lineup of speakers and instructors including Prof Karthik Raman (IIT-M), Dr. Tarini Shankar Ghosh (IIIT Delhi), Prof Varun Aggarwala (Jio Institute), Prof Sunil Laxman (inStem), Prof Chirag Jain (IISc), Prof M. S. Madhusudhan (IISER Pune), Prof Saket Choudhary (IIT-B) and Prof Mohit Jolly (IISc).
