Job Description
RIME Therapeutics is hiring a foundational, full-time science team on-site in Montreal and we are looking for a Senior Scientist to join our team!
You will help establish lab infrastructure, develop cell-based and biophysical assays to support compound progression, and be a key partner in advancing our small molecule programs from hit validation through candidate nomination.
We are looking for someone with:
– PhD + 3–5 yrs or MSc + 5–10 yrs in drug discovery
– Strong hands-on assay development (ELISA, flow cytometry, MSD, HTRF, qPCR)
– Comfortable with primary immune cell culture
– Experience setting up or managing an industry lab is a plus
– Highly organized; thrives in early-stage environments
