We’re hiring an Associate Director/Director to join the GPCR Biology team at Iambic Therapeutics. If you’re passionate about pairing deep pharmacology with AI/ML-enabled, structure-based drug design to build decision-grade biology—and you love leading cross-functional teams—let’s talk.

What you’ll do
• Steer biology strategy from hit ID → hit-to-lead (H2L) → lead optimization → pre-candidate selection
• Lead/co-lead collaborations (internal and external/CROs)
• Integrate AI/ML with wet-lab workflows to accelerate SAR and decisions
Immunology experience is a plus.
