Regeneron is seeking a multifaceted Associate Director for Data & Reporting to join our International Oncology team. In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop our data, reporting, and analytics strategy, and implement innovative solutions that empower teams across diverse geographies, including Europe, Canada, and Japan. Reporting directly to the Director, Insights & Analytics (Oncology International), you’ll help in optimizing business performance and enabling informed decision-making through actionable insights and groundbreaking analytics tools.
A typical day might include:
- Leading analytics and reporting efforts across international markets, employing automation and AI to deliver actionable insights.
- Standardizing field force frameworks using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborating with local and above-country leadership, Commercial IT, and wider Commercial Operations teams to centralize data management and warehousing requirements.
- Crafting informative dashboards, reports, and presentations that simplify actionable insights and strategic options.
- Conducting secondary data analyses by synthesizing diverse data sources.
- Handling the incentive platform in partnership with country Commercial Operations leads.
- Being responsible for the roll-out of new commercial platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact.
- Supervising platform usage and refining commercial processes with data and insights teams.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to build the tech roadmap and cultivate excellence.
- Ensuring all results align with internal and external policies regarding data assets.

To be considered:
You must have 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Transformation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. A deep understanding of biopharmaceutical market dynamics, laws, and regulations is essential, along with expertise in data visualization tools and a proven track record to manage international rollouts of commercial tools. Multilingual proficiency is preferred.
