We’re hiring!! For R&D Associate!
We’re growing our R&D team and looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in nucleic acid extraction — someone who enjoys optimizing, troubleshooting, and building better workflows.
🔬 What You’ll Do ?
1. Work on development and optimization of nucleic acid extraction kits
2. Handle diverse sample types (blood, saliva, stool, and more)
3. Optimize protocols for better yield, purity, and consistency
4. Work with both automated extraction instruments and manual workflows Support troubleshooting, validation, and continuous product improvement
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, quality, and manufacturing
