*Job Opening – Strain Development* 

Location* : Biological E. Ltd., Hyderabad

 *Role Summary:* 

Support microbial strain development for efficient gene expression across multiple hosts. Requires strong hands-on experience in molecular biology, protein expression, and strain optimization in bacterial and yeast systems.

 *Key Responsibilities:* 

• Cloning, gene expression, strain engineering, ranking, and protein production

• Small-scale protein purification & biochemical characterization

• Maintenance of microbial stock cultures

• Molecular biology techniques: PCR, cloning, gene assembly, gel electrophoresis, Western blot, ELISA, DNA/RNA purification

• Protein expression in bacterial and yeast hosts

• Data analysis, documentation, and presentation

• Protocol development and technical report preparation

• Experimental design, data interpretation, and project planning

• Maintain lab records as per scientific, regulatory, and IP standards

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Team-oriented, organized, and results-driven

 *Education & Experience:* 

• Master’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant industrial experience
