Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Molecular Glue Biotechnology

We are partnering with a newly formed biotechnology company and a top-tier molecular glue platform innovator. Backed by $85M in Series A financing, the company’s mission is to develop first-in-class molecular glue therapeutics in oncology and immunology and establish a category-defining biotech.

We are seeking a visionary CEO with strong fundraising experience to lead the company from inception through clinical development.

The Role

• Define and execute company strategy and vision
• Build and lead a world-class leadership team
• Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate investor relationships
• Collaborate with board members, strategic partners, and scientific teams
• Drive partnerships and long-term value creation

Candidate Profile

• Proven biotech CEO or senior executive experience
• Demonstrated success raising capital (Series A through later stages)
• Track record of building and scaling early-stage companies
• Strong network across biotech, pharma, and investors
• Experience in oncology, immunology, or innovative drug discovery platforms preferred
