Job Description

Peptobiotics is a Singapore-based biotech startup providing recombinant bioactive peptides for aquaculture and animal health, enhancing agricultural productivity while reducing harmful antibiotic use. We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO on high-impact projects across commercial, operations, and growth. This role is paid and well-suited for interns or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to building a Series A stage startup. We are flexible on applicant background, work arrangements and role duration.Responsibilities

• Prepare pitch decks and materials for customer and partner meetings
• Support the CEO with contract preparation and review (NDAs, MoUs, customer/partner agreements)
• Hustle to secure meetings and follow-up with external stakeholders
• Build and develop contact databases
• Support hiring efforts, including sourcing leads, scheduling, etc
• Tracking and check-ins on team objectives
• Potential deep dive on special project around shipping and supply chain optimisation

Requirements

• Logical self starter who can think for themselves and come up with thoughtful tailored solutions to diverse business challenges. We are expecting better than just feeding your objectives into AI and sending us whatever it tells you.
• Prodigious deck crafting skill.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in startups or VC (prior experience desirable but not required).
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Based in Biopolis district, Singapore, in person at office minimum 2 days per week or equivalent.
