I’m Hiring! 2 Junior Executives – R&D in my dynamic team at HiMedia Laboratories (Thane).

As the supervisor for this position, the selected candidate will work closely with me on experimental design, innovation in media formulation, and performance improvement projects. Thereby, this role will directly support the development of our unique cell biology products at HiMedia!

What You’ll Do:

-Maintain and optimize mammalian cell culture systems

-Conduct assays such as cytotoxicity, proliferation, Flow Cytometry, and PCR

-Support R&D initiatives with precise data collection, analysis, and reporting

-Ensure compliance with GLP and maintain strong documentation discipline

Who We’re Looking For:

–M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences

-1–2 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture (preferred)

-Familiarity with analytical techniques and safety protocols

-A proactive learner who thrives in a collaborative and research-driven environment

Location: Thane (Full-time, On-site)
