We’re hiring an IP professional for the position of IP Engineer 2/ Sr. IP Engineer (Location: Gurgaon).

Requirements:
Qualification: PhD in Chemistry
Experience: 3-8 years in IP (Professionals from both in-house IP teams and consulting firms are welcome)
Candidates having experience in IP searching will be preferred.

What you’ll do:
• Partner with Global R&D, patent engineers, and IP counsel to safeguard innovation and ensure freedom to operate.
• Perform patentability, FTO, validity/invalidity analyses.
• Drive IP landscaping & white space identification.
• Monitor competitors, summarize global patent activity, and support invention reviews.
