Intellectual Property Rights (IPR):
·        Review of IP landscape reports.
·        Review of Non-Infringement & FTO Analysis
·        Preparing the strategy for patent non-infringement and invalidation.
·        Interaction with R&D scientists & exploring Design-around strategies for P-IV & NCE products.
·        IP due diligence support on product selection.
·        Providing IP support to RAD for Patent certifications, PIL clearances, Patent declarations.
·        Monitoring, reviewing, supporting, and handling ANDA Litigations.
·        Communication with local attorneys.
·        Filing and prosecution of patent applications
·        Managing the teamwork in allocation, review, planning, & execution of task.
