Job Description : This role involves developing and validating bioinformatics
pipelines for cfDNA NGS data, automating workflows, and performing thorough
QC assessments. The candidate will maintain clear documentation, uphold data
integrity, and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong problem-solving,
communication, and time-management skills are essential.Bioinformatics Engineer
Qualifications :
Master’s degree (M.Sc. or M.Tech.) in Bioinformatics,
Computational Biology, Biotechnology, Physical Sciences, or
related field.
·Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in NGS data analysis.
·Proficiency in Python and/or R for bioinformatics scripting and
data analysis.
Knowledge about or experience with workflow managers for
bioinformatics pipeline automation and containerization
