We’re Hiring: Computational Immunologist

At Katamaran Industries, we’re looking for a Computational Immunologist to join our cross-functional team of scientists, engineers, and automation experts designing the next generation of antibodies, bispecifics, and T-cell engagers.
Your immunology insight and computational expertise will directly steer discovery campaigns — transforming raw data into real-world therapeutics.

What You’ll Do:
– Deploy sequence-to-structure pipelines and generative models (AlphaFold2, ESM2, diffusion) to engineer antibodies and TCEs.
– Mine immune-repertoire, bulk/scRNA-seq, and spatial omics datasets to identify epitopes and resistance mechanisms.
– Design and benchmark ML/DL models for immunogenicity, developability, and Fc-effector prediction.
– Build containerized pipelines on cloud GPUs for scalable, high-throughput design-build-test workflows.
– Collaborate closely with wet-lab teams to validate in vitro findings.

Qualifications:
PhD/MSc in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Computational Biology, or Bioinformatics
Proficient in Python and familiar with protein language models & generative AI
Hands-on with AlphaFold2, Rosetta, or similar structural biology tools
Strong understanding of tumor immunology and antibody structure–function
