✨ Position: e-LIMS Administrator
📍 Location: Peenya, Bangalore

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 🧩 Administer and maintain the e-LIMS system, ensuring smooth operations in a GMP environment.
• 👥 Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions with accuracy and compliance.
• ⚙️ Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for quick resolution.
• 📊 Oversee master data management, workflows, and test method configurations.
• 💡 Provide L1/L2 technical support and train laboratory staff on best practices.
• 🔍 Investigate software, workflow, and integration challenges.
• 🤝 Partner with QA, IT, and Lab Operations for continuous improvement.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years’ experience in e-LIMS administration (preferably in GMP-regulated setups).
• Solid understanding of laboratory workflows and digital systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work in cross-functional global environments.
