Job Description
We’re hiring for a research scientist position in our lab. This new position is designed to facilitate our lab’s work on identifying genetic and genomic predictors of adverse respiratory responses to air pollution in a genetically diverse mouse model system.
The research scientist will coordinate a team effort to acquire data on air pollution-induced pulmonary inflammation, gene expression, and chromatin accessibility, and then conduct an integrative analysis of these data.
We’re particularly interested in recruiting individuals who have prior experience with quantitative genetic analysis of complex traits and/or gene expression (i.e., eQTL). If you know someone that might be a good fit for this position, please direct them to the link below.
