🧬 We’re Hiring | Upstream Processing 🧬

We are looking for an Upstream Processing professional to join our biopharmaceutical / biotechnology team.

📍 Location: Vapi (Gujarat)
💼 Experience: [0–2 / 2–5 / 5+ years]
🏢 Industry: Biopharma | Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform upstream operations including cell culture, media preparation, and bioreactor operations
-Support process development and optimization for upstream processes
-Execute scale-up and manufacturing runs
-Monitor and control critical process parameters
-Maintain and follow SOPs and batch manufacturing records
-Troubleshoot process-related issues and support continuous improvement
-Collaborate with Manufacturing, Downstream, and Quality teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
-Hands-on experience in Upstream Processing
-Knowledge of mammalian / microbial cell culture
-Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Good to Have):
-Experience with bioreactors (stirred-tank, single-use systems)
-Exposure to biologics, vaccines, or cell-based products
-Understanding of process scale-up and optimization
