MedTherapy Biotech is a Boston-based cell, gene & immunotherapy company, founded by Harvard cancer experts and former Novartis leaders, with a mission to make gene therapy globally affordable and accessible.
We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader (25–30 years’ experience) to head our GMP Gene Therapy Manufacturing operations in India.

🔬 Role Highlights:
Lead and scale GMP manufacturing for viral vector–based gene therapies
Own end-to-end operations: upstream, downstream, tech transfer & validation
Drive regulatory readiness and lead global audits (US FDA, EMA, DCGI)
Build and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary manufacturing teams
Collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional teams (Boston & India)

🎓 Background:
PhD / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess, Molecular Biology or related fields
Proven leadership in biologics, vaccines, viral vectors or cell & gene therapy
