About the Role:
Greenarray is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Laboratory Head for our Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, who will lead scientific excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency across genomics and molecular testing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily lab operations.
– Lead development and validation of PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, NGS, microarray assays, and related platforms.
– Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, CLIA, ICMR, and other regulatory standards.
– Supervise scientists, technologists, and QA personnel.
– Drive accreditation, audits, documentation, and quality improvement.
– Collaborate with clinicians, biotech partners, and researchers.
– Implement automation, digital workflows, and LIMS systems.
– Integrate bioinformatics and AI-driven diagnostics.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related field.
– Minimum 6+ years experience in molecular diagnostics or genomics.
– At least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
– Proven track record in assay development and validation.
– Strong understanding of sequencing workflows and bioinformatics.
– Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
