🔬 Position: Manager / Senior Manager – MICROCRISPR CAR-T R&D
📍 Location: Vapi
🎓 Education: Ph.D. or M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related fields
💼 Experience: 5–6+ years in academia and/or industry (cell & gene therapy preferred)

🌟 Key Responsibilities
Lead R&D programs focused on CAR-T and gene-edited cell therapies, working extensively with primary cells and immunology/immuno-oncology models.
Oversee assay development and validation, including flow cytometry, sorting, cell-based functional assays, immunological assays, qPCR, and microbiological assays.
Provide scientific leadership, guide project teams, and mentor junior researchers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QA, Clinical Development, Supply Chain, and external partners to drive program success.
Ensure strict adherence to timelines while maintaining data integrity, scientific quality, and safety.
Lead preparation and review of SOPs, study protocols, technical reports, and regulatory documentation.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement within the CAR-T R&D pipeline.

✨ Preferred Qualifications
Strong background in CAR-T development, CRISPR-based gene editing, or broader cell & gene therapy platforms.
Experience managing high-complexity R&D programs and cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for cell and gene therapy products.
