🔍 What You’ll Do
Scientific Engagement & Field Support
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and HCPs across medical genetics, genomics, oncology, reproductive medicine, and allied specialties
• Act as the primary scientific contact for genetics-based products and services
• Deliver accurate, impactful scientific and clinical presentations
• Represent the organization at scientific forums, advisory boards, conferences, and symposia
• Collaborate closely with the sales team
Medical Affairs & Education
• Design and deliver scientific training programs for internal teams
• Conduct CMEs, academic talks, and educational sessions for external stakeholders
• Support the development and review of medical content (presentations, white papers, scientific materials)
Clinical Support & Insights
• Support clinical trials, post-marketing studies, and real-world evidence projects
• Provide test interpretation support, genotype–phenotype correlations, and report clarifications
• Capture field insights to shape product and marketing strategies
Compliance & Knowledge Excellence
• Ensure all activities align with regulatory, ethical, and legal guidelines
• Stay updated with global genetic standards and guidelines (ACMG, ESHG, etc.)

🌟 What We’re Looking For
• PhD / MD in Medical Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, or related domains
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with strong scientific credibility
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel Pan-India
