Job Description
I’m looking for a project assistant on a CEFIPRA-funded project. Must have masters or 4-year bachelors degree, be familiar with programming (including python or R), bioinformatic file formats. Desirable: deep learning experience.

Minimum qualification: MSc/BTech/BE/BS (4 year) or equivalent in any area of science or engineering, from a reputed institution
Essential skills: familiarity with python or R programming, familiarity with basic bioinformatic data and file formats. Desirable: familiarity with deep-learning frameworks, familiarity with NGS data, in particular ChIP-seq and Hi-C data.
Project overview:using deep learning to analyse and design DNA sequence for specific functions
Pay: Rs. 46,990/- per month for first two year. Rs. 53,340 for third year.
