Applications are invited for Project Associate position on Ad-hoc basis for one year with possible extension at PLANT CELL TECHNOLOGY LAB IITM, Department of Biotechnology, Bhupat and Jyoti Mehta School of Biosciences, IIT-Madras.

Basic qualifications required: B.Tech/M.Sc degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering from recognized university or equivalent institutions. The applicant must have hands-on experience in filamentous fungal culture genetic transformation techniques. The applicant should possess strong ability to work in a team and to manage day-to-day lab operations. Monthly pay Rs. 25,000/- consolidated.
