Project Manager – Genomics

• Manage end-to-end genomics and bioinformatics projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across bioinformatics, software, QA, clinical, and regulatory
  domains
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Track risks, dependencies, budgets, and ensure timely execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality, data security, and regulatory standards
• Oversee project documentation, SOPs, validation reports, and client communications
  Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or related
  fields
• 5+ years of project management experience in genomics, bioinformatics, healthcare IT, or life
  sciences
• Strong understanding of NGS workflows (WES, WGS, clinical exomes, oncology panels)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  Preferred Skills
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Experience working with clinical laboratories or genomic diagnostic environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Ability to translate scientific requirements into operational execution
