📢 We Are Hiring! – Research Assistant / Research Associate (R&D)
Positions: 5–7 Openings
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Sparge Chem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented R&D professionals to support synthetic chemistry, process development, and drug discovery projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Execute organic synthesis & reaction setup
• Monitor reactions (TLC/LCMS), perform workup & purification
• Purification: column chromatography, crystallization, extraction, etc.
• Maintain lab notebooks & documentation (GDP/GLP)
• Support scale-up, optimization & troubleshooting
• Interpret analytical data (NMR, LCMS, HPLC)
📌 Requirements:
• 1–3 years’ experience in R&D (CRO/Drug Discovery/Process Development)
• Strong theoretical & practical skills in organic synthesis
• Good communication, data interpretation & planning skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
