🏭 Industry: Healthcare & In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Associate – R&D to assist in planning, organizing, and conducting research analysis while ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and conduct research analysis and troubleshooting for assigned projects/processes
• Document observations, analyze experiments, interpret results, and prepare summaries for further planning
• Meet deadlines for timely completion of projects/assignments
• Assist in setup, operation, maintenance, and calibration/validation of lab equipment and instruments, maintaining records to comply with regulatory requirements
• Maintain inventory of materials on a regular basis
• Assist senior team members in administrative tasks
Experience & Skills Required:
• 0–5 years of hands-on experience in R&D lab work
• Knowledge of lab instruments, experimental design, and documentation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
