Job Description

Position: Research Scientist

Applications are invited from candidates with strong expertise in mammalian cell culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and perform laboratory experiments aligned with project objectives
• Maintain and handle mammalian cell culture systems, including cell line maintenance, passaging, cryopreservation, and revival
• Ensure aseptic techniques and contamination control
• Conduct cell-based assays (viability, proliferation, cytotoxicity, transfection, drug screening, etc.)
• Collect, document, and analyze experimental data with accuracy and reproducibility
• Maintain detailed lab records, SOPs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support ongoing research projects
• Assist in troubleshooting experiments and optimizing protocols

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree with relevant research experience or PhD in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Molecular Biology or a related field
• Strong hands-on expertise in cell culture techniques (mandatory)
