We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner – Sun Pharma R&D, Vadodara
🔹 Role: HR Business Partner
🔹 Experience: 3–5 years in HRBP / core HR roles
🔹 Qualification: MBA / MHRM / MSW (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:
1) Act as a trusted HR partner to R&D leadership and employees
2) Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes
3) Drive employee engagement, recognition & retention initiatives
4) Support performance management & talent development programs
5) Facilitate manpower planning, recruitment & onboarding
6) Address employee queries, grievances & ensure policy adherence
7) Provide HR analytics and insights to support decision making
8) Collaborate with COEs (Compensation, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to deliver HR interventions
