Job Description

NanoBios Lab at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay is currently seeking interns to contribute to an ongoing project. 1. Preferbly pursuing a master’s degree or higher education from UGC recognized universities .
2. Majors in Biomedical engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, BME,Electronics Pharmacology, or related fields.
3. ⁠specific course work in immunology, drug delivery or vaccine design, neurobiology, neuroimmunology and system biology.
4. ⁠Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis software like origin or prism, bioinformatics tools like Blast,MSA and homology modeling).
5. (i)Experience with laboratory techniques and equipment.
(ii) Relevant research experience, such as lab work or projects, can be a significant advantage.
(iii) Publications or presentations related to drug discovery or related fields can strengthen the application
6. (i) Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
(ii) Excellent communication and presentation skills.
(iii) Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
(iv) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
(v) Self-motivation and a willingness to learn.

With a remarkable record of over 150 filed patents and numerous publications in areas such as drug delivery, point-of-care diagnostic devices, and cancer treatments, our lab provides a rich learning environment.
Period of internship- Dec 25-july 26′

Iontophoretic drug delivery devices.
Non invasive drug delivery devices
wearables.


Please note that students from Mumbai will be preferred, accommodation facilities are not available. This will be an unpaid internship.
