Laurus Labs has officially entered the ADC space, focused on building world‑class scientific capabilities while delivering meaningful impact on Indian and global healthcare. We are looking for the expansion of the scientific team to build this world-class platform from the ground up.

If you’re a scientist who thrives at the intersection of complex chemistry and advanced biology, this is your seat at the table. We are hiring at multiple levels (Associate to Manager) to drive end-to-end ADC development.

We are looking for expertise across four critical pillars:
Bioconjugation / ADC Chemistry (Linker-payload & process optimization)
In Process Analytical Characterization (DAR, purity, and stability profiling)
Purification & Downstream (Chromatography & filtration)
In Vitro / ADC Biology (Potency & mechanism of action)
