Job Overview
➢ Department: Lab
➢ Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
➢ Experience: 3 – 4 Yrs in Onco NGS Wet Lab
➢ Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Life Sciences
Job Profile
➢ Prepare libraries for NGS-based oncology panels using Illumina/ Thermo Fisher platforms.
➢ Perform nucleic acid extraction (DNA/RNA) from various clinical specimen types (blood, bone
marrow, FFPE).
➢ Handle QC and quantification of nucleic acids and libraries(Qubit, Bioanalyzer/ TapeStation,
qPCR).
➢ Assist in run setup and basic troubleshooting of sequencers.
➢ Maintain documentation as per NABL/CLIA quality standards.
➢ Participate in validation experiments
➢ Coordinate with bioinformatics and reporting teams for data correlation.
