Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated researcher as a Project Associate-I to contribute to innovative research under an ANRF-funded project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in BRIC-Institute of Life Sciences, one of the premier DBT/BRIC institute in the eastern parts of India, and to utilize some of the most cutting-edge research instrumental techniques. The position is with the Biswas lab which is working to develop host-directed preventives and adjunct therapeutics against drug-resistant pathogens—i.e., strategies that act on the host side (immune and cell signalling pathways) rather than relying solely on pathogen-targeted antibiotics.
