General Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline is highly preferred.
• Industry experience (more than 1-2 years in a GLP CRO) is valued.
• A strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and OECD/ISO 17025 regulations is expected.

We are actively recruiting for both Scientist (Study Personnel) and Study Director levels across the following departments. Please mention your target role and the Department Code in your application.

1. Analytical Chemistry (Code: BRF-AC): Operate and maintain LC, LCMS, GC, and GCMS instruments. Develop and validate methods per OECD and GLP standards, and handle the compilation, verification and statistical analysis of study data.

2. Physio-Chemical Studies (Code: BRF-PC): Design and execute physio-chemical tests strictly per OECD guidelines.

3. Ecotoxicology (Code: BRF-ECO): Design ecotoxicity tests following OECD guidelines. Handle dosing and specialized care for environmental models.This role will heavily support agrochemical-focused studies as well as the environmental risk assessments required for pharmaceuticals.

4. Genotoxicology (Code: BRF-GENO): Run in-vitro and in-vivo genotoxicity assays according to OECD guidelines. Analyze genetic safety data and act as key personnel for in-vivo discovery studies.

5. Toxicology (Code: BRF-TOX): Design and manage complex preclinical safety studies. Lead acute, subacute (28-day), subchronic (90-day), chronic, and carcinogenicity studies. Oversee DMPK, telemetry, and specialized inhalation toxicology work strictly following GLP guidelines.

6. Microbiology (Code: BRF-MICRO): Conduct microbial limit and sterility testing. Manage rigorous documentation, SOPs, and study plan deviations under strict GLP and ISO 17025 regulations.

7. Medical Devices (Code: BRF-MD): Lead ISO 10993 implantation studies for small and large preclinical models. Perform Extractables & Leachables evaluations and sample extractions per ISO 10993 series and in-vivo studies.

8. Veterinarian – Facility & Welfare Management (Code: BRF-VET): Oversee clinical care, health monitoring, and welfare management of animals. Maintain our colony strictly to institutional and regulatory guidelines, including AAALAC, CCSEA, and GLP. Oversee anesthesia, perioperative care, and provide veterinary input for study protocols.

9. Veterinary Technician – Large Preclinical Models (Code: BRF-VT): Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed, monitor health, and ensure proper sanitation of the clinic and equipment.
