Research Associate and Laboratory Manager, Spatial-omics and Cancer Modeling

We are a cancer systems biology lab that studies the spatial organization of tumors using spatial transcriptomics and multiplexed imaging of patient samples, as well as by ex vivo modeling of tumor organization. Our goal is to uncover recurring spatial patterns and organizational principles in tumors and exploit them to develop more effective cancer treatments. We are seeking a creative and curiosity-driven scientist to join our group.
